It's unavoidable: sometimes, bad things happen to good startups. Startups are particularly vulnerable when they get caught with no game plan and little funds to spare for the legal process following a crisis. For this Lunch & Learn, we invited legal expert Taco Huizinga to discuss how startups can predict, prevent and respond to crises.

We know it's uncomfortable to think about a co-founder unexpectedly passing or to consider how you would deal with a bad leaver. Yet no matter how unlikely, these unexpected, unfortunate situations could strike at any moment. Startups are particularly vulnerable when they get caught with no game plan and little funds to spare for the legal process following a crisis. So, for this Lunch & Learn, we invited legal expert Taco Huizinga to discuss how startups can predict, prevent and respond to crises.
